On the ground floor of the house, opening onto the patio, you will enjoy a fully equipped open-plan kitchen and appreciate the authentically charming living room with its stone walls, screen, and TV area. Upstairs: - A bedroom with two 90x200 cm beds, an en-suite shower room and toilet, a large wardrobe, and a TV. These two beds can be joined to form a 180x200 upon request. - A lovely master suite (king-size bed 160x200) with its own shower room and toilet, large wardrobe, and TV. The annex: - A bedroom (king-size bed 160x200), TV. - A bedroom with two bunk beds (90x190). - Shared adjoining shower room. - A real cabin, children will appreciate the mezzanine for reading or playing, which we provide for their use. Other features to ensure a pleasant and comfortable stay: you don't have to worry about linens. Bed linen, towels, and household linens are included. Beds are made upon arrival. High-quality, brand-new bedding. Comfort, charm, and tranquility are guaranteed for a most pleasant and rejuvenating stay. Free street parking is available in front of the house (a real advantage in Ars), and a free public car park is located 2 minutes away.

For the little ones: travel cot, mattress, high chair, baby bath and toilet adapter. Mattress pad and fitted sheet provided at no extra charge.
