For your moments of relaxation, a tree-filled interior courtyard (30 m²) welcomes you as well as a patio (21 m²), a true haven of peace and an ideal place to share, in a friendly and private atmosphere, aperitifs and dinners around the charcoal barbecue.

On the ground floor of the house, overlooking the patio, you will enjoy a fully equipped open kitchen and appreciate the living room with its authentic charm, with its stone walls, its screen and its TV corner.

Upstairs:
-A bedroom with 2 beds of 90x200 with an adjoining bathroom and WC, large closet, TV.
-A pretty master suite (king size bed 160x200) with its private bathroom and WC, large closet, TV.

The annex:

-Shared adjoining bathroom.
-A real cabin, children will appreciate the mezzanine for a moment of reading or games that we put at their disposal.

Other points to offer you a pleasant and comfortable stay: you do not have to worry about the linen.
Bed linen, towels and household linen are included. The beds are made on arrival.

It is possible to park for free in the street in front of the house (a real advantage in Ars) and a free public car park is located 2 minutes away.

For the little ones: travel cot, mattress, high chair, baby bath and toilet adapter. Mattress pad and fitted sheet provided at no extra charge.
