Located in a quiet little street 100 meters from shops and 1 km from the beaches, the Abbaye du bois combines the charm of an old house and the pleasures of a house very recently renovated and modernized with taste . The house is not suitable for children under 7 to 8 years old.

• Small living room which can be used as a guest bedroom, also opening onto the garden

On the 1st floor:
• Bedroom 1 with double bed 160x200 (recent bedding)
• Bedroom 2 with 2 single beds 90x190 (recent bedding)
• Bedroom 3 with 1 cabin bed 90x190 (recent bedding)

• Second entrance from the street through the garden, which facilitates access for bicycles which can be parked safely in the courtyard, sheltered from the porch

• No private parking, but free public parking nearby

• The house has a staircase to access the first floor.
• Pets not accepted
• Direct rental with the owner without agency fees

• May and June: 1,500 euros / week
• From Saturday July 13 to Saturday July 20: 1,700 euros
• From July 21 to August 30: unavailable
• September: 1,600 euros / week
• October: 1,400 euros / week

• Cleaning costs and household linen included and provided? (beds made on your arrival and provision of bathroom linen)
• Tourist tax in addition

• Decreasing rate: - 10% on the additional week
• In summer July/August: rental preferably from Sunday to Sunday to avoid traffic difficulties on Saturday
• No weekend rental
