Located in a small quiet street 100 meters from the shops and 1 km from the beaches, the Abbaye du bois combines the charm of an old house and the pleasures of a very recently renovated and modernized house with taste. The house is not suitable for children under 7 to 8 years old.

On the ground floor:
• Large living room with lounge, dining room and open equipped kitchen, opening onto a bright, wooded garden, not overlooked and enclosed by walls
• Small living room that can be used as a guest bedroom, also opening onto the garden
• Shower room with WC.

On the 1st floor:
• Bedroom 1 with double bed 160x200 (recent bedding)
• Bedroom 2 with 2 single beds 90x190 (recent bedding)
• Bedroom 3 with 1 cabin bed 90x190 (recent bedding)
• Shower room with WC.

• Garden tables with chairs, deckchairs…
• Second entrance from the street through the garden, which facilitates access for bicycles which can be parked safely under cover under an awning accessible with two small steps.

• Shops in the heart of the village 100 meters away, beaches 1 km away, cycle paths 300 meters away
• No private parking, but free public parking nearby

• The house has a slightly steep staircase to access the upper floor (see photo)
• Pets not allowed
• Direct rental with the owner without agency fees
• The house has been enhanced with a few decorative adjustments since the photos, but the spirit and quality remain the same

• From June 28 to July 13: 2,100 euros / week

• September 1,800 euros / week
• October: 1,400 euros / week

• Household linen included and provided (beds made on arrival and towels provided)
• End-of-stay cleaning extra (100 euros)
• Tourist tax extra

• Decreasing rate: - 10% on the additional week
• In August: rental preferably from Sunday to Sunday to avoid traffic difficulties on Saturday
• No weekend rental
