A spacious living room, tastefully decorated, opening onto the terrace and garden. A fully equipped kitchen opening onto the dining room, perfect for enjoying meals with friends or family. The three quiet bedrooms are accessed via a hallway and furnished with new, comfortable bedding: - 2 bedrooms with 160cm double beds - 1 bedroom with two 90cm single beds and one 90cm extra bed. A bathroom with double sinks and shower - separate WC. A 250m² walled garden with mature trees and a south-southwest facing terrace with awning. Outside: - a large terrace furnished for 8 people - an annex with washing machine and dryer, bathroom with shower and WC - a gas griddle - a gated courtyard with bicycle storage - parking for 2 vehicles on the street in front of the house or parking spaces (subject to availability) in the Housing development
