The accommodation
Located in a quiet area, 100m from the beach, the property is a real haven of peace. The bike path only 50m away will allow you to take full advantage of the Ile de Re, its beaches and its markets. You can park them in the bicycle parking lot of the house, which also has 2 parking spaces available at the entrance.

Our house of more than 170m2, was built in the pure Rhétian style. It is bathed in light thanks to its many bay windows overlooking the heated swimming pool and its garden. The comfort of the rooms with quality bedding (we made it a point of honor!) and the neat decoration gives it an atmosphere of absolute relaxation.

On the ground floor

- A beautiful and large fully equipped kitchen, open to the outside and the swimming pool
- A double bedroom (160x200 bed) with its private bathroom

Upstairs:
- 2 double bedrooms (160x200 bed) with their private bathroom

- 1 large bathroom with bathtub

The house is fully equipped outside so that you can make the most of your holidays with :
- an 8m by 5m swimming pool, heated from April to October
- a friendly space (our friends bar!) by the pool with its garden furniture to take full advantage of sunny moments of relaxation
- a large outdoor table and a large barbecue/plancha to enjoy convivial meals
- deckchairs

Summer mid season - 1st half of July: 5,900 Euros / 2nd half of August - 7,300Euros
Toussaint (2nd week): 4,500Euros per week
