Our house of 280m, was built in the pure style rhetais. It is bathed in light thanks to its many bay windows overlooking the heated swimming pool and its garden. The comfort of the rooms with quality bedding (we made it a point of honor!) and the neat decoration gives it an atmosphere of absolute relaxation.
It is built so that everyone can have their independence, with two living rooms and two kitchens . Perfect for a large group of friends or a large family!

Less than 100m from the Plage Peuragot, in the heart of the typical village of La Couarde, in a quiet lane with no traffic, our house, with Rhetais charm, is the perfect setting for unforgettable moments with family or friends. Its heated swimming pool and its relaxation areas, its large living room and its carefully decorated bedrooms will seduce you without hesitation. Most of the objects have been unearthed by us, and give an absolute charm to our pretty house of friends.
Located in a quiet area, 100m from the beach, the property is a real haven of peace. The bike path only 50m away will allow you to take full advantage of the Ile de Re, its beaches and its markets. You can park them in the bicycle parking lot of the house, which also has 2 parking spaces available at the entrance.
