The large garden, bright living room, fully equipped kitchen, studio, and three other bedrooms will allow you to spend an unforgettable holiday with family or friends. The house comprises a main building of 135 m² and a studio of 28 m². It can ideally accommodate 8 people and 1 baby.


Description:
At the entrance, a carport provides shelter for parking a vehicle and your bicycles.
Free parking is located just behind the house if you have other vehicles.

The independent studio overlooks the inner courtyard.
There you will find a bathroom with a walk-in shower and a toilet, a dining area with a refrigerator/microwave/coffee maker/kettle, a large cupboard, and a private south-facing terrace covered with a shade sail.


A second landscaped inner courtyard provides access to the main building.

The entrance to the house opens onto a large living room with a fully equipped open-plan kitchen and a pantry with very large storage capacity.

The house is equipped with all necessary appliances.

3 bedrooms are distributed on either side and On the other side of the house.

On one side: the master suite, which has a bathroom with a walk-in shower and bathtub, a separate toilet, and storage space.

On the other side of the house, the two bedrooms share a second bathroom with a walk-in shower and a separate toilet. Each of these bedrooms has its own private patio.

A garden with a south-facing terrace and a shaded terrace will allow you to always find a pleasant spot depending on the time of day. Each of these terraces has a garden table with seating for 8. A side passage in the house houses the barbecue and all the necessary garden equipment. Here is the layout of the bedrooms: Master Suite: 1 double bed (160x200cm) Bedroom 2: 1 double bed (140x200cm) Bedroom 3: 2 bunk beds (90x200cm) Please note: the top bunk is reserved for children under 50kg. Studio: 1 double bed (160x200cm) All bedrooms have ample storage for your belongings. Cleaning and linens are included (excluding beach towels). Baby equipment is available upon request: travel cot, changing table, high chair, potty.

Our Rates:

1/ For each rental we apply a cleaning fee of 180 Euros - This fee is mandatory - You arrive in a clean house, the beds are made, there are towels, mats, dish towels. All you have to do is enjoy.

2/ Price per night:

- High season 2025: from June 27th to September 5th: minimum rental period = 7 nights
Price per night €400 -> or per week: (€400 x 7) / 180 = €2980
When you book 2 weeks, we offer a mid-stay cleaning for your comfort.

Other dates between April 4th and October 25th: Price per night: €350 (minimum of 3 nights during school holidays and long weekends).
That is, 3 nights: (€350 x 3) / 180 = €1230 and 2 nights: (€300 x 2) / 180 = €880

The house is ideally located. In a quiet cul-de-sac, far from traffic but close to shops. You can do everything on foot or by bike and the cycle paths to visit the island leave 200m from the house.

You will find 2 bakeries right next to / a cocktail bar / 3 restaurants / 2 bike rental companies less than 5min walk foot.
Then 5 minutes by bike from the Carrefour Contact/pharmacy/beaches
