The annex includes: a large bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm), a second bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm) or two single beds (80 cm), another room that can be used as a bedroom with a sofa bed (140 cm), and a shower room with a toilet. There is also a tiled basement where you can store bicycles, suitcases, or even use it as a games room. Ideally located near the beaches and the seabed, you can enjoy beautiful walks with views of the bridge and the small Port.
Close to shops, cycle paths, bike rentals, and restaurants where you can enjoy delicious seafood platters.

Completely private, surrounded by greenery, the vast green spaces are perfect for relaxation, leisure, and outdoor games.

You can easily park several vehicles on the property.
The house does not have a swimming pool, but the beaches for swimming are a 10-minute walk away. The Rivedoux beach on the east side is renowned for shellfish gathering and is located 5 minutes away; you can collect clams, cockles, and other shellfish there.

A professional concierge service will be available throughout your stay and will provide you with all the advice you need to make your stay as pleasant as possible.
They will welcome you upon arrival and give you the keys.

Cancellation policy:
More than 2 months before the start of the rental period: full refund of the deposit.

Linen rental is mandatory and in addition to the rental price at a rate of €36 per person, payable directly to the concierge at the beginning of your stay.
