Single storey house located on enclosed land of 3,000 m2 shared with a second house without vis-a-vis or adjoining property.
Possibility of parking on site for three vehicles. Firm shelter for bicycles.
The house consists of a living room opening onto a terrace, an open kitchen opening onto a second terrace, three bedrooms with cupboards and chests of drawers, a bathroom and separate toilet.
The bedding includes two double beds (160 x 200 and 140 x 190), two single beds (90 x 190) plus a travel cot.
Depending on the time of day you can choose one of the three terraces, two being sheltered and the third being located in the garden under the pines.
Deckchairs are at your disposal for your moments of relaxation.
