- Equipped kitchen: oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer drawers, induction hob, extractor hood, small appliances including a Senseo coffee machine, coffee maker, and food processors.
- Washer/dryer in the utility room with an ironing board and iron.
- Outdoor kitchen with a griddle and sink for enjoyable outdoor meals. - Baby equipment: high chair, plastic dishes, travel cot with mattress, potty, toilet seat reducer.

- Dogs are welcome, but please do not relieve yourself in the garden. The dune is 10 meters away for walks, and dogs are not allowed on the beds or sofas.
