THE PROPERTY
This recently built house with modern lines will charm you with its spaciousness and ergonomic design.
From the entrance, you'll find a large entrance hall with a glass roof, a large dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen with a pantry/laundry room.
Next, a large, light-filled living room awaits you, furnished with two sofas, a coffee table, and a television.
Each room has direct access to the outside.

From the living room, you can access the large wooden terrace with its sun loungers.
From the kitchen and dining room, you can access the large solid wood outdoor table under its covered area. A motorized awning will provide you with additional sun protection, south-facing. Enjoy an outdoor kitchen with a sink and griddle. A 6-person spa area, its lounge, and an outdoor shower are at your disposal. Higher up in the garden, you can enjoy a gazebo for your aperitifs, where you can glimpse the ocean. THE BEDROOMS The house comprises 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, and 5 toilets (3 of which are separate). Bedroom 1: 180x200 cm bed, wardrobe, separate bathroom with shower and whirlpool bath. Bedroom 2: Two 80x190 cm beds (can be joined to make a 160x190 cm bed), wardrobe, bathroom with toilet. Parking for up to 3 vehicles is available on the property.

The spa is open from April until the end of the All Saints' Day holiday.
Activation is possible outside these periods for a fee of 180 euros.

Check-in is handled by a concierge service.
