During your stay, relax in the spa, take the time to do everything on foot, and head to the beach with your bag on your shoulder. Comfort and freedom await you. Only 800m from the town center of Bois-plage-en-ré and its famous market.

THE ACCOMMODATION
This recent house with modern lines will seduce you with its volumes and ergonomics.
From the entrance you will enjoy a large entrance hall with glass roof, a large dining room and a kitchen equipped with a pantry/laundry room.
Following this, a large living room opens up to you, bathed in light with 2 sofas, coffee table and television.
Each room has direct access to the outside.

From the living room you access the large wooden terrace and its deckchairs.
From the kitchen and the dining room you access the large outdoor table made of solid wood under its canopy. A motorized awning will further protect you from the sun, south exposure.
Enjoy an outdoor kitchen with sink and plancha.

A 6-seater SPA corner, its lounge and an outdoor shower are at your disposal.
Higher up in the garden, you can enjoy a belvedere for your aperitifs, where you can see the ocean.

THE BEDROOMS
The house consists of 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and 5 toilets (including 3 independent)
- Bedroom 1: 180x200 bed, closet
Separate bathroom with shower and Balneo bathtub
- Bedroom 2: 2 80x190 beds (possible to combine into 1 160x190 bed), closet, bathroom with toilet.
- Bedroom 3: 2 80x200 beds (possible to combine into 160x200), closet, bathroom with toilet.
- Bedroom 4: Bed 160x200, closet (one next to the other)
- Bedroom 5: Dormitory with 4 bunk beds 90x190, wardrobe, bathroom.
Each bedroom has an office area.
Bedrooms 2 and 3 have access to a private patio.

EQUIPMENT/MISCELLANEOUS
Household linens are included in the rental: sheets and bath towels.

Baby equipment: high chair, travel cot with mattress, cutlery, plastic cups and plates, blender.

The house has a "modular" configuration; you can consult the plan of it in the images for a better understanding.

Possibility of parking up to 3 vehicles on the property.

The SPA operates from April to mid-November.
Start-up possible outside these periods for a fixed price of 180 euros.

The reception is done with a concierge.

A washing machine in the pantry with ironing board and iron.
An outdoor kitchen with plancha and sink for a work surface of 2m40 to ensure conviviality of meals outside.
Baby equipment: high chair, plastic dishes, travel cot mattress, potty, toilet reducer.
Internet via Orange fiber.
Board games.
Dogs accepted but please do not relieve themselves in the garden, the dune is 10 m away for the sanitary walk, no climbing on the beds and sofas.

It is also possible to rent only 4 bedrooms or 3 bedrooms (excluding holiday periods)
