Saint-Clément-des-Baleines is a village composed of six hamlets at the western end of the Ile de Ré. Dominated by the Phare des Baleines, the village stretches between the Côte Sauvage and the large sandy beach of La Conche, on the edge of the forest.The village is located in a preserved and lively nature near the salt marshes, and the Natural Reserve of the island of Ré which constitute a link between forest and village.
