The house offers a living room with open kitchen and living room. The kitchen is well equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge-freezer.
The sleeping area is made up of two bedrooms each with a 160x200 cm bed and a bathroom with toilet. A very comfortable convertible sofa located in the living room offers two additional beds.
Outside, a pleasant landscaped garden without vis-Ã -vis invites you to share moments of conviviality around a meal.
You can park your vehicle either at the outside in front of the house according to availability, or in the adjacent streets.

Weekly rental including end-of-stay cleaning:

- Mid season: 925 Euros/week
- High season: 1,325 Euros/week

Rental for a weekend outside school holidays (3 nights minimum):
- 3 nights: 60% of the price of the week excluding cleaning
- 4 nights: 80% of the price of the week excluding cleaning
- 5 nights: 90% of the price of the week excluding cleaning
- Tourist tax in addition: 4.51 Euros/night/adult (maximum rate - variable rate depending on the number of travelers and nights)
- Administration fees: 50 Euros
- Optional linen rental in addition: 35 Euros/person including sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases pillowcase, two towels per person, bath mat and kitchen towels. Beds are made upon arrival. Beach towels not provided.
