Completed in 2022, this villa was designed to surprise even the most discerning guests. Everything is in place to ensure the highest quality of your stay.

First, the location: the villa is in a very quiet setting, nestled at the end of a charming lane. 200 m from the beaches and 500 m from shops.

Generous living spaces (95 m² living room) with cathedral ceilings designed and furnished by an interior designer in the chic and understated style of the Île de Ré. These spaces open onto the landscaped garden with an 8x4m heated swimming pool (from April to October) secured by an electric cover. For socializing, there is a large (2.70m) French and American pool table. Spectacular Hi-Fi and home cinema system (Teufel). For meals, an oval table comfortably seats 14 to 16 guests inside. Under the awning, there is another generously sized table near an outdoor fireplace with two barbecues. To offer a family considerable privacy, the property includes a self-contained 2 or 3-room apartment with its own entrance, living room with equipped kitchen, and private terrace. There are therefore two fully equipped kitchens. Each has an induction hob, extractor hood, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and fridge-freezer. The villa offers ample storage and a laundry room. 2 washing machines and a dryer. High-end brands. Everything is brand new.

The sleeping area comprises 7 bedrooms, each equipped with a 160x200 cm bed that can be split into 2 single beds. Complete flexibility to suit your needs. 4 bathrooms with shower and one with a bathtub.

The exterior includes the garden with a swimming pool, its south and west-facing terrace; a patio; and the terrace of the separate accommodation.

You can park your vehicles on the property (3 spaces, including a garage). Free parking is also available 200 meters from the villa.
