Large villa of 200 m2 located near the beach. The house is located 50 sea from the ocean and in the heart of a large garden of 1820 m2, planted with oaks and umbrella pines. From the large living room, cross the terrace and dive into the 4 by 8 meter swimming pool heated to 28 degrees all season. Fully air-conditioned, you will find all the comfort that one would expect from such a villa:
• A large open kitchen equipped with the latest generation of high-end appliances opening onto the living room of approximately 70m2.
• A Bo Concept brand lounge area made up of 2 sofas and armchair around a coffee table to enjoy a moment of cool relaxation in summer or near the fireplace in winter (the fireplace can only be used 'in winter). Enjoy some music on the connected speaker or watch a film on the very large SONY Ultra HD television (75 inches).
• The dining area consists of a large table and armchairs to accommodate 10 guests
