La Centrale de l'Ile de Ré offers this splendid villa near the center of Rivedoux-Plage and its market. It is located 700 meters from the beach via cycle paths. The villa is comfortable and features a bright living/dining room opening onto the terrace and swimming pool. There is also a covered outdoor bar overlooking the pool and wooden deck. Private and secure parking is available for 3 vehicles. The villa is all on one level: a bright living room with a lounge area and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen; bedroom 1 (master bedroom) with a 180x200cm double bed, an en-suite shower room and dressing room; bedroom 2 with a 160x200cm double bed; bedroom 3 with a 160x200cm double bed; and a shower room with a shower, sink, and toilet. The house is... Non-smoking. The pool is heated from April 1st to October 15th. The heat pumps in our pools are programmed to maintain a temperature of 28°C. The actual water temperature in our pools is also affected by the weather: warm weather increases the water temperature, and cold weather decreases it. Pets are not allowed. The house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Our local team is delighted to welcome you to the beautiful Île de Ré! Île de Ré offers a particularly pleasant living environment for holidays, with one of the highest sunshine rates in France. Almost everything is accessible by bike or on foot, and the sea and beaches are always close by on our small island, which is 30 kilometers long. Passionate about history, summer activities and gastronomy, art and decoration, we are delighted to offer you a quality stay in our home. Upon your arrival, in addition to our welcome kit, we will provide you with a welcome guide containing tips and advice for discovering Île de Ré in the best possible conditions!
