The villa is comfortable and has a bright living room / lounge opening onto the terrace and the swimming pool.

The house is non-smoking.
The swimming pool is heated from April 1st to October 15th.
The heat pumps in our swimming pools are programmed to heat to 28°. The effective temperature of the water in our swimming pools is also impacted by the climate: a hot climate increases the temperature of the water in the swimming pools and a cold climate decreases the temperature of the water in the swimming pools.
Pets not allowed.
The house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Almost everything can be done by bike and on foot and the sea and beaches are always nearby on our small island 30 kilometers long. Passionate about history, summer and culinary activities, art and decoration, we are happy to make you enjoy a quality stay in our house.
