La Centrale de l'Ile de Ré offers this house near the center and market of La Flotte and its cycle paths; it is located 600 meters from the beach. The villa is comfortable and has a bright living/dining room opening onto the terrace and the swimming pool. You have the possibility of parking one vehicle in the house's private covered garage. In addition, you have private and secure parking for two vehicles. SINGLE LEVEL: Bright living room with lounge area. Fully equipped kitchen. BEDROOM 1 (MASTER) with a double bed (140x190 cm) and an en-suite bathroom with shower, sink, and toilet. BEDROOM 2 with a double bed (160x200 cm). BEDROOM 3 with a double bed (140x190 cm). The swimming pool is heated from April 1st to October 15th.
Our pool heat pumps are programmed to heat to 28°C. The actual water temperature of our swimming pools is also affected by the climate: warm weather increases the water temperature, and cold weather decreases it. Pets are not allowed. The house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. INCLUDED SERVICES: End-of-stay cleaning is included. Linen rental and delivery for beds and bathrooms are included in July and August (and optional outside of July and August). Key handover and a tour of the house on-site are included.
