Charming air-conditioned house of 105 m2 with large garden, located in Portes-en-Re, in a quiet street, 500 meters from the beach, 2 steps from the golf course, a few minutes by bike from the village center. Can accommodate up to 11 people.

The house, very bright, is made up of five bedrooms, 4 of which have twin beds (possibility of putting them together or separating them). The last has a triple bunk bed with 3 beds. A cot is also available as well as a high chair. Fully equipped and functional open kitchen; a bathroom and two shower rooms; separate wc; a large living room. All rooms in the house are air-conditioned.

During your stay, you will have at your disposal: parking, Wifi, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, oven, microwave, television, iron , hair dryer, washing machine, drying rack, wood stove, barbecue, garden furniture, deckchairs.
You will also have a large garden of 1,200m2 enclosed and planted with trees which will be very appreciated on beautiful sunny days!

You will ideally stay near the beaches: that of the Loge is 7 minutes away on foot (500 meters), the Banc du Bucheron is 15 minutes away. The house is at the foot of cycle paths.
The village center is 6 minutes by car. You will find all the conveniences there: market, bars, restaurants and shops!
For your small daily shopping, you will find a "Carrefour Contact" 5 minutes by car.

Cleaning fee: €160 for a weekend, €180 for longer stays. Tourist tax is extra and will be calculated on a case-by-case basis. Bed linen and towels are NOT INCLUDED. These can be rented directly from a provider we can recommend (convenient, close to the house, online booking). Bed dimensions: 1st bedroom: 160 x 190 cm (duvet 260 x 240 cm). This is actually two 80 x 190 cm beds that can be separated.
2nd bedroom: 2 single beds (90 x 190 cm).
3rd bedroom: 2 single beds (90 x 200 cm).
4th bedroom: a triple bunk bed (3 proper beds) (90 x 200 cm). All duvets are 140 x 200 cm.
5th bedroom ("master"): 180 x 200 cm (duvet 260 x 240 cm). As with the first bedroom, this is two single beds, but 90 x 200 cm, which can be separated.
