The bright living room of 90 m² on half levels offers an ideal space to meet up, whether in the living room with full view of the garden and the swimming pool (secure and heated, 3 mx 6.5 m) or in the convivial kitchen, perfectly equipped to prepare delicious meals.

The inside-outside effect of the living space will naturally lead you to the table on the lower terrace, ideal for a barbecue lunch, while others can relax at the bar while waiting for it to be prepared. Facing south, on the upper terrace, a spacious bench, sheltered from the wind, invites you to relax in a serene atmosphere, ideal for reading or chatting over a friendly aperitif.

Along the ornamental pond, an independent and perfectly equipped studio welcomes you for a stay in complete discretion.

On the lower floor, the sleeping area is made up of four bedrooms: two master suites with shower room, and two other bedrooms sharing a bathroom. Three of the bedrooms offer direct access to a generous vegetable garden, available to guests.

Thanks to its privileged location, the house allows easy access to markets and shops, to charming bike rides in the village streets, to children's playgrounds, and of course, to the beach for the pleasures of the seaside. Ideal for exploring the island and its treasures, this residence promises you a serene and revitalizing getaway, perfect for sharing unforgettable moments with family or friends.

Bedrooms: Three bedrooms are equipped with double beds (160x200 cm), all with high-quality blackout curtains for optimal comfort. The single bedrooms have shutters to ensure pleasant darkness. Bathrooms: For your well-being, eco-friendly toiletries are provided. Kitchen: The kitchen is equipped with cookware. Leisure: We offer various leisure equipment for all ages: beach toys for children, board games for indoor fun, and some pool toys (on request) to fully enjoy the aquatic area.
