A magnificent villa with Rethaise architecture in the heart of the Village de la Noue. A true haven of peace in the heart of nature.

This 850 m2 villa offers 8 suites, 3 of which are air-conditioned, a south-facing living space opening onto the garden with more than 3,500 flowers and the swimming pool. Numerous spaces for everyone to relax as they wish... Spa, hammam, jacuzzi, cold bath as well as a professional cinema room. The location is ideal for walks, bike rentals are a few steps away and the beach is opposite the villa.

The villa has two independent entrances for "family" and "guests." A living room with panoramic lounge and glass walls overlooking the pool and green walls illuminated at night. The 8 bedrooms are all harmonious with television, shower room or private bathroom (3 on the first level and 5 on level -1). You will also find in the villa a spacious equipped kitchen with a scullery. A laundry room with all the necessary (washing machine, dryer, ironing set, etc.) and a relaxation area with thalassotherapy and changing room. For more comfort, an elevator is available.

Outside, you will have a 17m long fun pool with hydrojet and whirlpool. The pool is heated to 27 degrees and rises to 29 degrees in summer depending on the weather conditions (EXCEPT IN AUTUMN AND WINTER). A garage and parking are at your disposal (PRIVATE)

The villa is rented for 16 people. A small two-bedroom house adjoining the property can be rented as an additional service. 15% OFF THE PRICE

Practical information
The pool and spa area are maintained by the pool attendant once a week. The gardener is available once a week. Wi-Fi is available.

Located on the south coast of the Île de Ré, Sainte-Marie-de-Ré is an authentic village nestled between vineyards and the ocean. Sainte-Marie-de-Ré, a friendly and multifaceted village! PLEASE NOTE: We do not accept late arrivals without prior request upon booking.
