Beautiful new house, up to 6 people, in the heart of Bois-Plage.
The house has a sunny terrace and an exceptional location between beaches and the village center.
The villa has air conditioning.
Close to the cycle paths, the house is 500 meters from the popular Petit Sergent beach.
The house is comfortable and has a living room/lounge with fully equipped open kitchen.
Possibility of parking for 1 vehicle (and free and easy parking in the rue du Petit Sergent).

ON ONE LEVEL

Bright living room with lounge area and open kitchen.
A separate toilet.
Bedroom 1 MASTER composed of 1 double bed 160x200 with private bathroom
Bedroom 2 composed of 1 double bed 160x200.
Bedroom 3 composed of 2 single beds 80x200 that can be pushed together.
A bathroom with shower and sink.

The house is non-smoking.
Pets not allowed.
The house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

The swimming pool is heated from April 1st to October 15th.

The heat pumps in our swimming pools are programmed to heat to 28°. The effective temperature of the water in our swimming pools is also impacted by the climate: a warm climate increases the temperature of the water in the swimming pools and a cold climate decreases the temperature of the water in the swimming pools.

INCLUDED SERVICES:

End-of-stay maintenance is included.
Rental and delivery of linen for beds and bathrooms are included in July and August (and optional outside July and August).
Handover of keys and presentation of the house directly on site are included.
Tourist tax is not included.
