Description

Beautiful new house, sleeps up to 6 people, in the heart of Bois-Plage. The house has a sunny terrace and an exceptional location between the beaches and the village center. The villa has air conditioning. Close to cycle paths, the house is 500 meters from the popular Petit Sergent beach. The house is comfortable and has a living/dining room with a fully equipped open-plan kitchen. Parking is available for one vehicle (and free and easy parking is available on Rue du Petit Sergent). All on one level: Bright living room with lounge area and open-plan kitchen. Separate WC. Bedroom 1 (Master) with a 160x200cm double bed and ensuite shower room. Bedroom 2 with a 160x200cm double bed. Bedroom 3 with two 80x200cm single beds that can be joined together. Shower room with shower and Sink.

The house is non-smoking.
Pets are not allowed.
The house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

The swimming pool is heated from April 1st to October 15th.

Our pool heat pumps are programmed to maintain a temperature of 27°C. The actual water temperature of our pools is also affected by the climate: warm weather increases the water temperature, and cold weather decreases it.

INCLUDED SERVICES:

End-of-stay cleaning is included.
Linen rental and delivery for beds and bathrooms are included in July and August (and optional outside of July and August).
Key handover and a tour of the house on-site are included.
Tourist tax is not included.

Holiday vouchers accepted.
