The sleeping area includes four bedrooms and three bathrooms. The four bedrooms are equipped with 140x200 cm double beds and are located upstairs (three bedrooms in the main house and one bedroom in the annex).
The house is also equipped with a laundry room.

Outside, you will enjoy a pleasant courtyard. Deckchairs are at your disposal to relax as well as an outdoor table and chairs for lunch and dinner outside.
You can park your vehicle in a private car park near the house. If necessary, the Clos Biret car park is located 400 meters from the villa (paid parking in season - around 50 euros for a subscription for a week).

Weekly rental including end-of-stay cleaning:
- Low season: 1,650 Euros/week
- Mid season: 1,780 Euros/week
- High season: 2,590 Euros/week

Weekend rental (3 nights minimum):
- 3 nights: 60% of the price of the week excluding cleaning
- 4 nights: 80% of the price of the week excluding cleaning
- 5 nights: 90% of the price of the week excluding cleaning
- Tourist tax in addition: 4.51 Euros/night/adult (maximum rate - variable rate depending on the number of travelers and the number of nights)
- Administration fees: 50 Euros
- Optional linen rental in addition: 35 Euros/person including sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases, two towels per person, bath mat and kitchen towels. Beds are made upon arrival. Beach towels not provided.
