Our 75m2 villa is comfortable and features a bright living/dining room with a fully equipped open-plan kitchen.

Close to cycle paths, the house is located 50 meters from the popular La Redoute beach and has private, secure parking for 2 vehicles.

Beach access is one of the major advantages of this house, both for swimming and fishing. The beaches of Trousse-Chemise and La Redoute are a short walk away. Close to the center of the village of Les Portes-en-Ré, the villa will appeal to cycling enthusiasts who can easily park their bicycles in the enclosed, private garden. SINGLE-LEVEL: BEDROOM 1: King-size double bed (180x200 cm). BEDROOM 2: Two single beds (90x190 cm) that can be joined together. BEDROOM 3: Sofa bed (140x200 cm). Bathroom with double vanity. Separate WC. WIFI connection. OUTSIDE: Private and secure parking for two vehicles. Private and secure bicycle parking. Beautiful wooden terrace. Solar shower. The house is non-smoking. Pets are not allowed. Admitted.

The house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

INCLUDED SERVICES:

End-of-stay cleaning is included.

Linen rental and delivery for beds and bathrooms are included in July and August (and optional outside of July and August).
