Beautiful spacious and bright holiday home 10 minutes walk from the beaches and shops.

You will appreciate the volumes of the living spaces opening onto the garden and the secure swimming pool, and will be seduced by the comfort and quality of the equipment such as the large sofas inviting to conviviality, the fitted and equipped kitchen.

The sleeping area includes 3 double bedrooms including a master suite with a 160x200 cm bed and bathroom and dressing room, two other double bedrooms with 160x200cm beds and shower rooms , a fourth double bedroom with a convertible sofa of 140x200 cm.

The kitchen is very well equipped with induction hob, extractor, oven, coffee machine, dishwasher, refrigerator as well as a laundry room equipped with a washing machine, dryer -linen, and ironing board.

Outside, a pretty terrace facing south, deckchairs, tables and chairs for meals, garden furniture for aperitifs and BBQ.


The house is non-smoking.
Pets Agnie not admitted.
The house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
