Beautiful, spacious and bright holiday home, just a 10-minute walk from the beaches and shops. You'll appreciate the spacious living spaces that open on to the garden and the heated, secure swimming pool. You will be seduced by the comfort and quality of the equipment such as the large sofas inviting conviviality, the fitted and equipped kitchen.

The sleeping area includes 3 double bedrooms including a master suite with a 160 x 200 cm bed and bathroom and dressing room, two other double bedrooms with 160 x 200 cm beds and shower rooms, a fourth double bedroom with a 140 x 200 cm sofa bed.

The kitchen is very well equipped with induction hob, extractor hood, oven, coffee machine, dishwasher, refrigerator as well as a laundry room equipped with a washing machine, dryer, and ironing board.

Outside, a pretty south-facing terrace, deckchairs, tables and chairs for meals, garden furniture for aperitifs and BBQ.

The house is non-smoking.
Pets not allowed.
The house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
