The house is modern and has a fully equipped kitchen and a bright living room opening onto the swimming pool.
The swimming pool (4 x 2, 33m) is heated from April 01 to October 15.
The house is located in the center of a quiet area 800m from the wild coast beach and about 1km from the Phare des Baleines.
The house has its own private and secure parking for 1 vehicle and bicycles.
SINGLE LEVEL HOUSE:
Bedroom 1 with a 160x200 double bed
Bedroom 2 with two 90x190 single beds
A bathroom with shower and sink.
A separate toilet.
Another toilet is accessible from the outside at pool level.
The house is non-smoking.
The pool is heated from April 1 to October 15.
The heat pumps in our pools are programmed to heat up to 29 . The effective temperature of the water in our pools is also impacted by the climate: a hot climate increases the temperature of the water in the pools and a cold climate decreases the temperature of the water in the pools.
Pets not allowed.
The house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
Our local team is pleased to welcome you to the beautiful Ile de Re! The Ile de Re offers a particularly pleasant living environment for holidays with one of the highest levels of sunshine in France. Everything can be done by bike and on foot or almost and the sea and the beaches are always nearby on our small island 30 kilometers long. Passionate about history, summer and taste activities, art and decoration, we are happy to make you enjoy a quality stay in our house.
Upon your arrival we will give you in addition to our welcome kit a welcome guide with good plans and our advice to discover the Ile de Re in the best conditions!
