La Centrale de l'Ile de Ré offers this newly renovated 2-bedroom house for up to 4 people. The modern house features a fully equipped kitchen and a bright living room opening onto the swimming pool. The swimming pool (4 x 2.33m) is heated from April 1st to October 15th. The house is located in the center of a quiet neighborhood, 800m from the Côte Sauvage beach and approximately 1km from the Phare des Baleines lighthouse. The house has its own private and secure parking for 1 vehicle and bicycles. SINGLE-STOREY HOUSE: Bedroom 1 with a 160x200cm double bed. Bedroom 2 with two 90x190cm single beds. A bathroom with shower and sink. A separate toilet. Another toilet is accessible from the outside at the level of the... Swimming pool.
The house is non-smoking.
The swimming pool is heated from April 1st to October 15th.
Our pool heat pumps are programmed to maintain a temperature of 28°C. The actual water temperature of our pools is also affected by the weather: warm weather increases the water temperature, and cold weather decreases it.
Pets are not allowed.
The house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
