Description

Come and recharge your batteries in this charming house tastefully decorated and located in a quiet area, close to La Cible beach (300 meters), shops and the port of Saint-Martin (1.5 km). This peaceful house will offer you a relaxing stay for the whole family or with friends.

The house includes a living room with open kitchen and a bright living-dining room. The sleeping area has three beautiful bedrooms with double beds including a master suite with shower room and toilet, a bathroom with shower and bathtub and a separate toilet. The house is also equipped with a laundry room with washing machine and dryer.

You will have two outdoor spaces, the first at the front of the house with the dining area inviting you to share moments of conviviality, and the second at the back of the house with a large terrace and deckchairs to relax.

You can park your vehicle inside the house or in the street (free parking).

Weekly rental including end-of-stay cleaning:
- Mid season: 2,300 Euros/week
- High season: 2,550 Euros/week
- Very high season: 3,300 Euros/week - Exceptional discount from 26/07/25 to 02/08/25 and from 16/08/25 to 23/08/25, i.e. 3,000 Euros/week!

- Tourist tax in addition: 4.51 Euros /night/adult person (maximum rate - variable rate depending on the number of travelers and the number of nights)
- Administration fees: 50 Euros
- Optional linen rental in addition: 35 Euros/person including sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases, two towels per person, bath mats and kitchen towels. Beds are made upon arrival. Beach towels are not provided.
