Description

Come and recharge your batteries in this charming house tastefully decorated and located in a quiet area, close to La Cible beach (300 meters), shops and the port of Saint-Martin (1.5 km). This peaceful house will offer you a relaxing stay for the whole family or with friends.

The house includes a living room with open kitchen and a bright living-dining room. The sleeping area has three beautiful bedrooms with double beds including a master suite with shower room and toilet, a bathroom with shower and bathtub and a separate toilet. The house is also equipped with a laundry room with washing machine and dryer.

You will have two outdoor spaces, the first at the front of the house with the dining area inviting you to share moments of conviviality, and the second at the back of the house with a large terrace and deckchairs to relax.

You can park your vehicle inside the house or in the street (free parking).

Weekly rental with end-of-stay cleaning included: - Mid-season: €2,050/week - High season: €2,550/week - Peak season: €3,300/week - Tourist tax not included: €4.51/night/adult (maximum rate - rate varies depending on the number of guests and the number of nights) - Booking fee: €50 - Optional linen rental not included: €35/person including sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases, two bath towels per person, bath mat, and kitchen towels. Beds are made upon arrival. Beach towels are not provided. Cancellation insurance is available at a rate of 3.6% of the rental amount, covering unforeseen circumstances. The table detailing the cancellation conditions and refund procedures can be provided upon request.
