The villa has plenty of storage and a pantry / laundry room.

The sleeping area includes five bedrooms including three master suites with 160x200 cm beds and shower rooms, one double bedroom with a 160x200cm bed, and a bedroom with four beds superimposed 140x190cm and shower room, and a separate bathroom with shower and bathtub.

The kitchen is very well equipped with induction hob, hood, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator as well as the scullery with American fridge-freezer, washing machine, and dryer.

Outside, a magnificent south-west facing terrace, deckchairs, tables and chairs for meals, and plancha.

You can park your vehicles within the grounds of the property (2 spaces). Paid seasonal parking is also available 100 meters from the villa.

End of stay house cleaning included

Weekly rental including end-of-stay cleaning, linens and administration fees:
- Low season: 3130 Euros/week
- Mid season: 4980 Euros/week
- High season: 6530 Euros/week
- Very high season: 8730 Euros/week

Tourist tax in addition: 2.53 Euros/night/adult
Additional administration fees: 50 Euros
Optional linen rental in addition:
- 35 Euros/person including sheet, duvet cover, pillowcases, two towels per person, bath mat and kitchen towels. Pool/beach towels not provided.
- 45 Euros/person linen with pool towels.
Beds are made upon arrival.

Cancellation insurance is offered at a rate of 3.6% of the rental amount, covering unforeseen events. A schedule detailing cancellation conditions and refund terms can be provided upon request.
