Spacious air-conditioned cellar of 72 m2 restored on 2 levels in a quiet street between the Arnerault beach and the Medieval market of La Flotte. Quality services, for pleasant holidays. Beautiful fully equipped kitchen, bright living room with access to a 20m2 terrace (High table for 6 people. Outdoor living room, plancha, parasol...) South exposure. A large 14m2 bedroom with high-end 160x200 bedding and 7m2 dressing room. Bathroom with walk-in shower, double sinks and ambient lights. Independent toilet. Baby equipment (chair, bed, bath...). Convertible sofa with very comfortable bedding in the living room.

. From September 30 to the end of March 2024: 700Euros


Cleaning costs 75Euros at the end of the stay

Deposit of guarantee 500 Euros (by check or cash, returned at the end of the stay if no problem)

Entry to the premises on Saturday from 4 p.m.
Departure before 10:30 a.m.
At the request, if the schedule allows it, it is possible to arrive on Friday or Sunday
