Spacious, air-conditioned 72m² wine cellar, restored on two levels, located on a quiet street between Arnerault beach and the medieval market of La Flotte. High-quality amenities for a pleasant holiday. Beautiful, fully equipped kitchen, bright living room with access to a 20m² terrace (high table for 6, outdoor lounge area, griddle, parasol, etc.). South-facing. A large 14m² bedroom with a high-end 160x200cm bed, a single 80x200cm bed, and a 7m² dressing room. Bathroom with walk-in shower, double sinks, and ambient lighting. Separate WC. Baby equipment (high chair, cot, baby bath, etc.). Very comfortable sofa bed in the living room.
