Private and independent parking is available 25 meters away. Our accommodation comprises, on the ground floor, an entrance from the street, a shower room, a separate toilet, a large bedroom with a 1.60 x 2.00 m bed and a sink. There is also a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, and a dining room opening onto a sunny courtyard with a BBQ, sun loungers, and armchairs. Independent unit, central heating, washing machine, freezer.
Upstairs, three bedrooms: one with three 90x1.90m beds and a wardrobe, one with a 1.40x1.90m bed and a wardrobe overlooking the courtyard, the third with two 1.20x1.90m beds, a separate toilet and a wardrobe, a shower room, a bookcase, and a chest of drawers.

Possibility of renting during school holidays and weekends.
