Charming family home with a beautiful, enclosed, flower-filled garden and swimming pool. Very bright and cool in summer thanks to its thick walls. You can reach the port of Saint-Martin and the island's most beautiful beaches in 10 minutes via the nearby cycle path. Every morning, you can walk to the market in the village center to buy from excellent local producers gathered under the covered market hall and enjoy the Bois-Plage market, renowned as the most beautiful on the island. The house offers spacious rooms: on the ground floor, the large, south-facing living room opens onto the garden; an office provides privacy if needed; and the well-equipped kitchen, with a range cooker, dishwasher, and small appliances, also opens onto the garden. A beautiful staircase leads to the upper floor, which has three bedrooms, two of which overlook the garden, and a large bathroom with two showers. Separate toilets are located on both levels. A wooden terrace extends the living room and provides a pleasant spot for lunch in the shade of the old chestnut tree. A very beautiful flower garden and a heated swimming pool (10 x 3 meters, open from May 15th) with an electric safety cover and a stone terrace complete the property.

The house is available from July 1st to July 26th and from August 23rd to August 31st at a rate of €3800 per week. From May 1st to June 30th and in September: €3000. April: €2600. A 20% discount is available for rentals of two consecutive weeks.

Le Bois Plage is a very pleasant village because it offers all the amenities, its market is very lively and offers excellent local products. Via the cycle path that crosses the vineyards, you can reach the charming little port of Saint Martin in 10 minutes. The fine sandy beaches are about 1.8 km away, very easily accessible by bicycle.
