Comfortable, elegantly decorated, the house has a living room with a fully equipped kitchen.

ON ONE LEVEL:

BEDROOM 1: 1 double bed 140x190.
BEDROOM 2: 1 double bed 140x190.
BEDROOM 3: 2 single beds 80x200 with a bathroom including a shower and a sink.
There is also a second bathroom including a shower and a sink.
Two toilets.

OUTSIDE:

Outdoor Spa / Jacuzzi for 5 people.
The spa is maintained weekly by the pool specialist.
Garden and Patios.
Parking available for 3 vehicles and bicycles.
Parking available in front of the house.

The villa is non-smoking.
Pets not allowed.
Villa not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

End-of-stay cleaning is included.
