La Centrale de l'Ile de Ré offers this bright, fully renovated house with a spa/jacuzzi for 5 people, located 250m from the beach and shops. Comfortable and elegantly decorated, the house features a living room with a fully equipped kitchen. All on one level: A spacious, bright living area with an open-plan kitchen. Bedroom 1: 1 double bed (140x190cm). Bedroom 2: 1 double bed (140x190cm). Bedroom 3: 2 single beds (80x200cm) with an en-suite shower room (shower and sink). There is also a second shower room with a shower and sink. Two toilets. Outside: A 5-person outdoor spa/jacuzzi. The spa is maintained weekly by the pool service. Garden and Patios.
Parking available for 3 vehicles and bicycles.
Parking available in front of the house.

The villa is non-smoking.
Pets are not allowed.
The villa is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

End-of-stay cleaning is included.
