Center of the village with its large market, very beautiful beaches of Bois Plage, Port and lively village of Saint Martin less than 2km away. Departure also for the very pretty cycle path which goes towards the salt marshes and the village of Loix, or towards the port of la Flotte.

On the ground floor: Large entrance with cupboard and bright living room of 40m2 with equipped kitchen, 1 WC , Garage to store bikes.
Upstairs: Landing, WC, shower room and bathroom and 3 bedrooms.
Bedroom 1: A 160 double bed convertible into 2 beds if necessary and large closet
Bedroom 2: 3 children's beds (2 bunk beds and 1 single mattress bed if necessary)
Bedroom 3: 160 couple bed or 2 beds if necessary
Ideal house for discovering the island enjoy comfort all year round (underfloor heating.)
