On the ground floor: Large entrance with cupboard and bright living room of 40m2 with equipped kitchen, 1 WC , Garage to store bikes.
Upstairs: Landing, WC, shower room and bathroom and 3 bedrooms.
Bedroom 1: A 160 double bed convertible into 2 beds if necessary and large closet
Bedroom 2: 3 children's beds (2 bunk beds and 1 single mattress bed if necessary)
Bedroom 3: 160 couple bed or 2 beds if necessary
Ideal house for discovering the island enjoy comfort all year round (underfloor heating.)
