We rent our house, completely renovated, located in the center of the village of Portes-En-Re (2 mins walk from the market and 150 meters walk from the children's beach).

The house consists of a main house with 3 bedrooms. / Sleeps 6 with a south-facing terrace and a shaded area under an arbor.

Ground floor → kitchen open to dining room / living room with fireplace. Laundry room (washing machine, dryer), shower room and wc.

Upstairs:
→ 1 double bedroom (parental suite) with adjoining bathroom dressing room.
→ 1 children's bedroom with 2 single beds
→ 1 double bedroom
→ 1 shower room
→ 1 independent toilet.

The house also has an independent bedroom (double bed) with shower room and sanitary facilities (on 1 floor).

Very quiet, the house is located at the end of a dead end.

A service concierge will welcome you on arrival and can offer you additional services (information, intermediate cleaning, etc.). Household linen not included in the rental. Possibility to rent one via the concierge with delivery included.

House not accessible to people with reduced mobility and 3-star tourist furniture classification.

NB: From DECEMBER until MARCH 31, the independent room is not available at the lease. From DECEMBER 1 to MARCH 31 => the price of the house is fixed for the rental of the main house and its 6 beds only.

MAY => 250 euros per night or 1,750 euros per week.
JUNE => 250 euros per night or 1,750 euros per week.
JULY:
=> From July 1 to 8 => 250 euros per night or 1750 euros per week.
=> From July 8 to 31 => 470 euros per night or 3290 euros per week.
AUGUST:
=> From August 1 to 27 => 470 euros per night or 3,290 euros per week.
= > From August 27 to September 3 => 370 euros per night or 2,590 euros per week.
SEPTEMBER => from September 4: 300 euros per night or 2,100 euros per week.
OCTOBER => 200 euros per night or 1,400 euros per week.
NOVEMBER => 200 euros per night or 1,400 euros per week.

From December 1 to March 31 => or 6 beds (without the cabin):
DECEMBER => 220 euros per night or 1,540 euros per week.
JANUARY => 175 euros per night or 1,225 euros per week.
FEBRUARY => 175 euros per night or 1,225 euros per week.
MARCH => 175 euros per night or 1,225 euros per week.

Mandatory end-of-stay cleaning: 200 Euros

The village of Portes-en-Re is located on the North Coast at the western end of the Ile de Re, between forests, beaches and marshes.
The Phare des Baleines located 4 km away or the chapel of the remains of the redoubt des Portes (4 mins by bike)
The beaches of La Loge, La Redoute, Gros Jonc etc... are among the most beautiful beaches on the island.
