The swimming pool (6 X 2.80 m) is heated to 27 on average from May to September (depending on the weather).
The house benefits from fiber for the internet connection.
The equipment is of good quality and in perfect working order.

A shade sail is installed in the summer above of the table.
For your grills, an Ofyr brazier-plancha is available.

- from June 15 to July 5: 2750 Euros / week
- from July 6 to August 30: 3590 Euros / week
- from August 31 to 14 September: 2750 Euros / week
- from September 16 to 30: 2250 Euros/week
End of stay cleaning is obligatory: 150 Euros
Optional linen: 30 Euros/person
Reservation conditions: a deposit of 30% and the balance 1 month before arrival.
On site, a deposit of 2000 Euros is required
Note: animals are not accepted, although we appreciate their company.

The peninsula of Loix, is located in the center of the island.
Close to La Couarde and its beautiful beaches by cycle paths and the port of Ars through the salt marshes. This small village is still preserved from the summer tourist crowds.
