In the heart of Sainte-Marie-De-Re, a renovated former wine cellar for 11 people, with a heated swimming pool from April to the end of October, equipped with a secure sliding terrace and a counter-current swimming system.
Very bright house comprising: A large living room of approx. 60 m² with 3 areas: living room, dining room, and fully equipped kitchen; 3 bedrooms with 160x190 cm double beds, one of which has an en-suite shower room, and all with a large dressing room; 1 bedroom called "The Dormitory" with 5 single beds (90x190 cm), 2 of which are on a secure mezzanine; these beds can be pushed together to form a double bed; en-suite shower room with WC; a main bathroom with double vanity and double shower; a separate WC; a laundry area; and a storage room. The house is fully equipped; bed linen and towels can be rented.
Fully equipped house:
Kitchen: double refrigerator with water dispenser and freezer, 5-burner induction hob, extractor hood, 12-place dishwasher, multi-function touchscreen oven, microwave, toaster, programmable manual coffee maker, Nespresso machine, kettle, wine cellar (wine bottles available as an extra to the stay package if desired).
You will also have all the necessary crockery, glasses, dishes, and cutlery...nothing is missing for cooking...
You will also find the bare essentials: coffee, sugar, flour, pasta, spices...
Kitchen towels are not provided.
For the chosen bed linen rental option: the beds will be made upon your arrival; the bed linen is made of washed cotton, linen, hemp, and cotton gauze. All bedding is of high quality for comfortable nights.
Bathrooms: There are 3 bathrooms in the house, including one main bathroom.
For the towel rental option (included with bed linen): one bath towel and one hand towel per person.

Check-in from 5 pm to 8 pm, except during the summer season when check-in is at 6 pm.
Check-out before 10 am, except during the summer season when check-out is at 9 am.
An inventory of fixtures will be carried out upon arrival and departure after each departure in the presence of the owners.
Mandatory cleaning fee of 150 Euros.
Bed linen and towel rental: from January 1, 2026, you have the option to rent bed linen and towels for a flat fee of 110 Euros (This option must be confirmed before your arrival).
We ask our guests to take good care of the house during their stay and to inform us of any problems that occur.

The house is located in the heart of the charming village of Sainte Marie. Shops are a 5-minute walk from the house and are open year-round. There is also a covered market every weekend, as well as shops and bike rentals. The beach is a 15-minute walk or a 5-minute bike ride from the house.
