High season: €7,350 per week – From 10/07/27 to 24/07/27 and from 22/08/27 to 29/08/27, plus the long weekends in May.
Mid-season: €5,250 per week – From 01/05/27 to 10/07/27 and from 29/08/27 to 01/10/27 (excluding the long weekends in May, which are charged at the high-season rate).
Low season: €3,150 per week – From 01/01/27 to 01/05/27 and from 01/10/27 to 01/01/28.

Additional charges:
- End-of-stay cleaning (Mandatory): €390
- Household linen (Mandatory): €360 (beds made upon arrival, two bath towels per person, bath mats, and kitchen towels)
