Description

La Centrale de l'Ile de Ré offers this villa with a heated pool and 4 bedrooms, accommodating up to 8 people, located in the Brardes district of La Couarde-sur-Mer. The villa is comfortable and features a bright living room and lounge opening onto the garden, covered patio, and pool. The house has a large covered terrace, a real asset in case of rain or intense heat. The landscaped garden extends over 1000m² and includes a wooden deck and garden furniture for 8 people. Private parking is available for one vehicle. Additional free parking is available nearby. Master Bedroom 1: 1 double bed (160x200cm) with en-suite bathroom and direct access to the pool. Bedroom 2: 2 single beds (90x190cm) with shower room. Independent.

The house is non-smoking.
The swimming pool is heated from April 1st to October 15th.
Our pool heat pumps are programmed to maintain a temperature of 28°C. The actual water temperature of our swimming pools is also affected by the climate: warm weather increases the water temperature, and cold weather decreases it. Pets are not allowed. The house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. INCLUDED SERVICES: End-of-stay cleaning is included. Linen rental and delivery for beds and bathrooms are included in July and August (and optional outside of July and August). Key handover and a tour of the house on site are included. Tourist tax is not included. Holiday vouchers accepted.
