This is an authentic village house with double access on the street and alley. It is pleasant to live in all seasons and ideally located in the heart of the village of La Couarde. The shops on the pedestrian street, the Mail market and the magnificent beaches are just a stone's throw away.

You will fully enjoy its beautiful sunny courtyard, its parquet floors and old cement tiles, its exposed stone walls, its beautiful arched staircase, its fireplace and its outbuilding opening onto a pretty flowery alley.

The main house is composed on the ground floor of a beautiful living room combining the living room and the dining room, a separate, perfectly equipped kitchen with a pretty glass roof opening onto the courtyard and a guest toilet with a washbasin.

The landing upstairs leads to 3 bright bedrooms with cupboards and wardrobes and a bathroom with shower and toilet.

The outbuilding offers a 4th bedroom configured as a living room/office with a sofa bed that can be used as an extra bed, a bathroom with toilet ideal for returning from the beach, a laundry room and bicycle storage directly accessible via the alley.

The large courtyard pleasantly flowered and exposed due South is perfect for lunches in the sun and relaxing between two walks.

Several car parks and free parking are accessible on foot from the house in the village. Two 15-minute car parks are also located near the house.

Details of the bedding in the bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: a double bed 160 x 200.
Bedroom 2: two single beds 80 x 200 that can be joined together to form a 160 x 200 bed.
Bedroom 3: a double bed 140 x 190.
Bedroom 4: a sofa bed 120 x 190 that can be used as an extra bed on prior request (respecting the number of 6 occupants maximum in the house)

This is a family home perfectly equipped for a peaceful vacation in all seasons (fiber box, underfloor heating on the ground floor of the house and the outbuilding, electric convectors in the bedrooms and heated towel rails in the bathrooms, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, induction hob, extractor hood, refrigerator, freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, coffee maker with filters, nice dishes in quantity, placemats, kettle, teapot, oven, microwave, hair dryer, hangers in the wardrobes, iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner, TV, many books, board games, card games, puzzles, beach umbrellas, beach games, deckchairs, large garden umbrella, garden furniture, Forge Adour gas plancha.... ).

Baby equipment can be loaned on request (Kubbie Sleep JOIE folding bed usable from birth to 15 kg and high chair).

A kit is at your disposal in the house (toilet paper, washing-up liquid, dishwasher tablets, household products).

The house is equipped with fiber.

La Couarde is the ideal village to discover and enjoy the Ile de Re with family or friends . The atmosphere is family, peaceful and authentic thanks to its discreet charm, its privileged location in the heart of the Island, its flowery alleys, its old residences, its small port of Goisil, its beaches as far as the eye can see, its dunes lined with pines and tamarinds, its pretty shops and its quality market.

Sports village, La Couarde has a tennis club, several sailing clubs and a nautical base allowing you to practice kite surfing, wing foiling, windsurfing, stand up paddle... La Pergola beach is a reference surf spot. A coastal path along the dune allows for beautiful walks along the beach and the Antioch sluice.

The numerous cycle paths departing from the village offer superb bike rides among the vineyards, forests and salt marshes up to in Ars en Re, Saint Martin de Re, Le Bois Plage, la Flotte, ...
