You will appreciate the spacious living areas opening onto the garden with its heated (weather permitting at the beginning and end of the season) and secure swimming pool, and will be charmed by the comfort and quality of the amenities, such as the large sofas perfect for socializing, the fully equipped kitchen, and the covered terrace for lunch and dinner overlooking the pool. The sleeping area comprises five double bedrooms, including a master suite with a 180x200 cm bed and en-suite shower room, two other master suites with 160x200 cm beds and en-suite shower rooms, and two bedrooms with a 160x200 cm double bed sharing a separate shower room. The kitchen is very well equipped with an induction hob, extractor hood, oven, and microwave. Dishwasher, refrigerator, and utility room with washing machine and dryer.

Outside, a magnificent south-facing terrace with sun loungers, tables and chairs for meals, garden furniture for aperitifs, and a griddle.

You can park your vehicle on the villa grounds (garage) and there is free parking opposite the house.

Weekly rentals: - Low season: €1,800/week - Mid-season: €2,500/week - High season: €3,570/week instead of €4,200/week - 15% discount on the rent - Peak season: €4,165/week instead of €4,900/week - 15% discount on the rent. Short stays (minimum 3 nights): - 3 nights: 60% of the weekly price excluding cleaning - 4 nights: 80% of the weekly price excluding cleaning - 5 nights: 90% of the weekly price excluding cleaning. Fixed fees: - Tourist tax (additional): €2.53/night/adult - Booking fee: €50 - Cleaning Mandatory end-of-stay fee: 300 Euros

Optional linen rental (extra charge):
- 35 Euros/person including sheet, duvet cover, pillowcases, two bath towels per person, bath mat, and kitchen towels. Beds made upon arrival. Pool/beach towels not provided.
- 45 Euros/person including household linen and pool towels.

Cancellation insurance is offered at a rate of 3.6% of the rental amount, covering unforeseen circumstances. The table detailing the cancellation conditions and refund procedures can be provided upon request.
