The sleeping area comprises five double bedrooms, including a master suite with a 180x200 cm bed and en-suite shower room, two other master suites with 160x200 cm beds and en-suite shower rooms, and two bedrooms with a 160x200 cm double bed sharing a separate shower room. The kitchen is very well equipped with an induction hob, extractor hood, oven, and microwave. Dishwasher, refrigerator, and utility room with washing machine and dryer.

Outside, a magnificent south-facing terrace with sun loungers, tables and chairs for meals, garden furniture for aperitifs, and a griddle.

You can park your vehicle on the villa grounds (garage) and there is free parking opposite the house.

Beds made upon arrival. Pool/beach towels not provided. - €45 per person for linens including pool towels. Cancellation insurance is available at a rate of 3.6% of the rental amount, covering unforeseen circumstances.
