You can park your vehicle inside the villa (garage) and free parking in front of the house.

From 1800 to 4500 € per week / Minimum 3 nights

Weekly rental:
- Low season: 1,800 Euros/week
- Mid season: 2,500 Euros/week
- High season: 4,000 Euros/week
- Very high season: 4,500 Euros/week

Possible rental for short stays (3 nights minimum):
- 3 nights: 60% of the price of the week excluding cleaning
- 4 nights: 80% of the price of the week excluding cleaning
- 5 nights: 90% of the price of the week excluding cleaning

Fixed costs:
- Tourist tax in addition: 2.53 Euros/night/adult
- Administration fees: 50 Euros
- Mandatory end-of-stay cleaning: 300 Euros

Optional linen rental in addition:
- 35 Euros/person including sheet, duvet cover, pillowcases, two towels per person, bath mat and kitchen towels. Beds made on arrival. Pool/beach towels not provided.
- 45 Euros/person linen with pool towels.
