La Centrale de l'Ile de Re offers you this new villa with swimming pool and 4 bedrooms for up to 8 people.
The house is located in the immediate vicinity of the beach of La Couarde-sur-Mer and the cycle paths and 150 meters from the market.
The villa is comfortable and has a bright living room/lounge opening onto the garden and the swimming pool.

The garden has patios, a wooden terrace and garden furniture for 8 people.

Private parking is available for 3 vehicles.

BEDROOM 1 MASTER: double bed 160x200 with spacious bathroom.

The house is non-smoking.
The pool is heated from April 1st to October 15th.
Our pool heat pumps are programmed to heat to 28°. The effective water temperature in our pools is also impacted by the climate: a warm climate increases the pool water temperature and a cold climate decreases the pool water temperature.
Pets not allowed.
The house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

SERVICES INCLUDED:

End-of-stay cleaning is included.
Rental and delivery of bed and bathroom linen are included in July and August (and optional outside July and August).

Key collection and presentation of the house directly on site are included.

The pool is heated from April 1st to October 15th.

Tourist tax is not included.
