Description

La Centrale de l'Ile de Ré offers this new villa with a swimming pool and 4 bedrooms, accommodating up to 8 people. The house is located very close to the beach of La Couarde-sur-Mer and the cycle paths, and 150 meters from the market. The villa is comfortable and has a bright living/dining room opening onto the garden and the swimming pool. The garden has patios, a wooden terrace, and garden furniture for 8 people. Private parking is available for 3 vehicles. BEDROOM 1 (MASTER): double bed 160x200 with a spacious shower room. BEDROOM 2: double bed 180x200. BEDROOM 3: double bed 180x200. BEDROOM 4: bunk beds 90x200. A shower room. A separate bathroom. 3 toilets. Coffee machine. grains.

The house is non-smoking.
The pool is heated from April 1st to October 15th.
Our pool heat pumps are programmed to heat to 28°. The actual water temperature of our swimming pools is also affected by the climate: warm weather increases the water temperature, and cold weather decreases it. Pets are not allowed. The house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. INCLUDED SERVICES: End-of-stay cleaning is included. Linen rental and delivery for beds and bathrooms are included in July and August (and optional outside of July and August). Key handover and a tour of the house on site are included. The swimming pool is heated from April 1st to October 15th. Tourist tax is not included. Holiday vouchers accepted.
