Stone house 60m2 entirely renovated outbuilding
Without exterior
Living / dining room with fully equipped kitchen
2 bedrooms upstairs with mezzanine, each bedroom can accommodate a couple and a child
(1 bed 140/190 and 1 bed 90/200 per room)
1 shower room upstairs
2 separate WCs (1 on the ground floor and 1 upstairs)
Small outbuilding, with water point and washing machine, which can also be used to park bicycles .
The house is located in the center of 'Ars en Re but the access being by a private alley you will find the peace sought while being close to the shops .
Ars en Re is the first village that you will meet after having passed the martray. Departure of the cycle paths to the marshes, the Lilleau des Niges reserve, equestrian centers, near thalassotherapy ...

Regarding Linen, many companies are able to provide them to you, as well as bicycles (we can give you the contact details of some of them if necessary)
The pets are absolutely not allowed in the house
The house is non-smoking but an ashtray is available to you outside
A person on site will take care of welcoming you and carrying out the inventory of the entry .
This person will also be present at your departure in order to carry out the state of exit and to proceed with the cleaning afterwards. However, the garbage cans must be removed, the fridge, dishwasher and the oven must be empty. All kitchen utensils, cutlery () must be returned to their places.

A deposit check in the amount of 300Euros will be requested upon delivery of the keys, this last will be returned on your departure if the condition of the exit is blank
