Superb air-conditioned house located in the heart of Bois-Plage-en-Ré! Extremely well situated in the immediate vicinity of the village center, cycle paths, and 10 minutes from the beach with parking spaces, nestled in a quiet, flower-lined lane. We offer a landscaped garden with an 8 x 4 meter heated swimming pool secured by a roller shutter and in use from June 1st until the end of September (weather permitting, i.e., if nighttime temperatures are above 20 degrees Celsius), enclosed by walls, south-facing and secluded, perfect for enjoying meals and relaxing in peace. You will enjoy a large living/dining room with a kitchen area opening onto the terrace facing the pool. The kitchen also leads to a pantry which provides access to an interior courtyard where there is a private spa. The living room is equipped with a large TV with cable box and Netflix. The house offers 4 bedrooms: - a south-facing bedroom with a 140cm double bed and en-suite shower room/toilet; - a second south-facing bedroom with a pool view, two 80cm single beds and an en-suite shower room/toilet; - a third bedroom with a 160cm bed, TV, and a hallway leading to a separate toilet and bathroom; - a fourth bedroom with a 140cm double bed. Garden with table, chairs, sun loungers, garden furniture, covered patio with outdoor kitchen, foosball table and bar area. Pets are accepted with prior agreement from the owner (70 Euros per pet extra). The house can accommodate up to 8 people. Bed linen is available as an option. The spa is included in the price only in July and August (an additional charge applies if you wish to use it).
