- 1 independent space with on the ground floor a games or reading room (25m, with sleeping possibility: 2 single beds) and a upstairs a 35m parental suite with shower room and WC (180 view over the marshes, the sea, the Ile de Re bridge, the port of St Martin), which can accommodate 2 to 4 people.
- 1 space with 4 bedrooms, 2 shower rooms and 1 toilet that can accommodate up to 8 people. Note that each 11m room is equipped with 2 beds of 80 cm that can be combined into a bed of 160 cm.
It can be modular from 110m to 170m, depending on your needs at an adjustable price. (can go from 4 to 10 people)
No adjoining, no vis-a-vis all on a plot of 2500m overlooking the marshes and the sea, 2 steps from the port and 5 minutes walk from the center of the village, you benefit from an exceptional location!!
Due to its location on the island, the small village of Loix offers all its visitors changing and magnificent landscapes depending on the time of day.
