The house offers a beautiful living room with a kitchen open to the living room, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 shower room, 1 toilet as well as a closed bicycle garage .

All in a 300m walled garden, with terrace, barbecue, garden furniture, deckchairs, parasol (possibility of parking 1 to 2 cars) .

Our house is ideal for a family vacation .
It is located in a quiet dead end. You can also take advantage of the direct access to the cycle paths in order to carry out many bike rides: Saint-Martin, its port and its restaurants 10 minutes by bike, La Flotte and its 10-minute market, La Couarde. .

The house is located 5 minutes by bicycle from the shops and the Bois-Plage market, 7 minutes by bicycle from the beautiful beaches of the village and from the surf and sailing schools,

The TGV station of La Rochelle is accessible thanks to a regular shuttle bus service serving the villages of the Island .
The bus stop at Bois-Plage ("Place du Marche") is located 8 minutes walk from the house.
