- Mid season: 1,530 Euros/week
- High season: 2,050 Euros/week
- Very high season: 2,550 Euros/week (preferably from Sunday to Sunday)

Weekend rental (3 nights minimum):
- 3 nights: 60% of the price of the week excluding cleaning
- 4 nights: 80% of the price of the week excluding cleaning

Tourist tax in addition: 4.51 Euros/night/adult (maximum rate varies according to the number of travelers and the number of nights)
Administration fees: 50 Euros
Optional linen rental in addition: 35 Euros/person including sheet, duvet cover, pillowcases, two towels per person, bath mat and kitchen towels. Pool/beach towels not included.
