Weekly rental including end-of-stay cleaning:
- Low season: 720 Euros/week
- Mid season: 930 Euros/week
- High season: 1,250 Euros/week
- Very high season: 1,450 Euros/week (preferably Sunday to Sunday)

Rental for a weekend outside school holidays (3 nights minimum):
- 3 nights: 60% of the rent excluding cleaning
- 4 nights: 80% of the rent excluding cleaning
- 5 nights: 90% of the rent excluding cleaning

Tourist tax in addition: 4.51 Euros/night/adult (maximum rate varies according to the number of travelers and the number of nights)
Administration fees: 50 Euros
Optional linen rental in addition: 35 Euros/person including sheet, duvet cover, pillowcases, two towels Toiletries per person, bath mat, and kitchen towels. Beds are made upon arrival. Beach towels not provided. Cancellation insurance is available at a rate of 3.6% of the rental amount, covering unforeseen events. A schedule detailing cancellation conditions and refund terms is available upon request.
