- 4 nights: 80% of the price of the week excluding cleaning
- 5 nights: 90% of the price of the week excluding cleaning

Optional linen rental in addition:
- 35 Euros/person including sheet, duvet cover, pillowcases, two towels per person, bath mat and tea towels kitchen. Beds made on arrival. Pool/beach towels not provided.

The villa is ideally located in the heart of the pine forest in the second line from the street. The cycle paths are easily accessible and allow you to reach the center of Rivedoux and the center of La Flotte. The beaches of Rivedoux (north and south) are approximately 2km from the villa.
