Villa "Courlis" is very bright, pleasant to live in and spacious. Simply ideal for seaside holidays. A large living room, a double bedroom upstairs with its shower room and two bedrooms downstairs each with its own bathroom. A well-exposed garden and a patio sheltered from the wind allow you to enjoy the benefits of the sea air at any time .
Located in a small typical street of the village, it allows easy access to the pedestrian center and shops .
A garage for one car is possible under the covered preau.

Rates for the 2023 season:

- from May 4 to June 28: €1400/week
- from June 29 to July 5: €2030 /week
- from July 6 to August 30: €2400 /week (during this period, we only rent for stays of 2 weeks minimum).
- from August 31 to September 6: €2030/ week
- from September 7 to November 2: €1400 Euros / week
To these prices is added Compulsory end-of-stay cleaning: 140 Euros.

Optional:
Household linen: 30 Euros per person.
Beds made on arrival: 8 Euros per room

- 30% deposit on reservation.
- The balance is to be paid 1 month before the start of the stay.
- Deposit requested on arrival by bank check: 1,500 Euros

The village center is easily accessible and 5 minutes by bike or pedestrian. South coast, the main beach and the market are about 900 m. North coast, you can reach the village of Loix by cycle paths and also a nautical center .
In La Couarde, we are really in the center of the island of Re.
