Composed of 4 large bedrooms, each ensuite, the house is organized with a large living room and kitchen of more than 80m2 in the center. The two sleeping areas are on either side, each with 2 en-suite bedrooms, this makes it possible to organize a sleeping area for 2 families, or a children's sleeping area.
The living room (through) serves on one side by two large bays, the terrace-swimming pool - garden and on the other the patio.
Rooms provide space (large entrance, games room-office-Piano of 30m2, laundry room).
We very often live in this house, where we have wonderful memories, you will find ping pong table, board games and games for children, pencils, markers, basketball hoop etc etc.
The proximity to shops, the beach, bike rental companies, makes it a destination perfect for relaxing by the pool or visiting the island and its surroundings.

The house can also be rented in winter (fireplace, heat pump heated floor) and is very pleasant. The Ile de Re in Autumn and Winter is to be discovered with its wild beaches and its woods, in spring, it wakes up and is still calm with all nature in bloom. We recommend it to you.

The house has all the equipment of a luxury house.
The pool has salt (hydrolysis) and a UVA/UVB filter that cleans the water using low levels of chlorine. Furthermore, the transformation of salt into chlorine produces chlorine that is much less aggressive than the commonly used pebbles.
It regulates itself automatically which allows for natural water.

In the garden, we do not use weedkillers or chemicals, and the vegetable garden is organic. Raspberries and other vegetables do not undergo any chemical treatment and grow under the influence of the sun. For several years we have limited watering and the lawn will not be green in summer.

Right in the center of the village in a quiet street (no cars), the villa is located at the end of an alley, in a green and quiet setting.
The Antioche market square is approximately 100 meters away with all the small shops (market covered, bakery, press, butcher, hairdresser, beauty salon, bike rental, tourist office and post office). The market takes place every morning in summer. 150m away, you will also find a pharmacy, a doctor and a crossroads market. The beach is 800m away, 2 minutes by bike.
