Are re-invoiced at cost, in addition:
- tourist tax (1 , 68 Euros night / person over 18) .
- compulsory exit cleaning fee (180.00 Euros). If the house is returned in perfect condition, a discount may be granted. This does not constitute a commitment, but a commercial gesture. For information, some of our customers are loyal and come back regularly .
40% deposit payment on booking by bank transfer and the balance 30 days before the 1st day of the rental .
Security deposit: 3000.00 euros. Resort insurance. Otherwise, you will be asked to take out specific insurance.
Arrivals and departures can be arranged on request, depending on previous and subsequent occupancy .
