Last but not least, a charming little house, nestled in the pines at the bottom of the garden , can be arranged either as a games room or as a large bedroom with its bathroom and wc, according to your preferences .
A billiard room with bar, after your day at the pool or at the beach, promises pleasant and competitive evenings.

- bedrooms 1 and 2 on private terrace: double bed (190X140), private bathroom and shared wc,
- bedrooms 3 and 4 on wooded patio : two bedrooms with single beds, which can be converted into a double bed (190X90), large bathroom with separate toilet and additional wc, in the hallway,
- bedrooms 5 and 6 overlooking a tree-lined courtyard: double bed (190X140) in each, bathroom water, separate wc ,
- billiard room with bar opening through a large French window onto the same wooded courtyard .

LITTLE HOUSE:
At the end of the garden .
- large bedroom with three single beds (90X190) arranged in a U, an adjoining bathroom with two basins, a shower, a toilet This room can be used as a games room with a ping-pong table .

The large swimming pool (15X10) surrounded by a large and beautiful beach of Burgundy slabs accommodates deckchairs and sunbathing . It is bordered by small white walls, and Mediterranean vegetation and palm trees.
A pool-house (shower and wc) near the swimming pool, provides comfort and functionality to bathers.
A large landscaped garden completes this exceptional house .
Private parking at the entrance of the property accommodating three vehicles. Bike storage either on an exterior support or in an interior bicycle and motorcycle parking area.

These prices apply for the rental of the entire house (main house 2 small houses) .
- October -April outside school holidays: 3650.00 euros / week
- October school holidays -April: 3950.00 euros / week
- May-June-September: 4650.00Euros / week
- July -August: 7500.00Euros / week
These prices include water, electricity, heating .

Are re-invoiced at cost, in addition:
- tourist tax (1 , 68 Euros night / person over 18) .
- compulsory exit cleaning fee (180.00 Euros). If the house is returned in perfect condition, a discount may be granted. This does not constitute a commitment, but a commercial gesture. For information, some of our customers are loyal and come back regularly .

40% deposit payment on booking by bank transfer and the balance 30 days before the 1st day of the rental .
Security deposit: 3000.00 euros. Resort insurance. Otherwise, you will be asked to take out specific insurance.
Arrivals and departures can be arranged on request, depending on previous and subsequent occupancy .

Geographical situation

- two beaches in Loix, one at 500 m, the other at 3000 m, the Grouin beach, 9 minutes by bicycle. At the Pointe du Grouin, there is a beach in the shape of a cove with calm and clear waters supervised in summer. Sailing school affiliated to the FFV at Petite Tonille beach,
- four clay tennis courts and two municipal squash courts. Equestrian center,
- another beach 4 km away, the beach of Les Prises à la Couarde (12 minutes by bike). This large sandy beach is not only ideal for swimming but you can also practice other activities such as windsurfing and sailing (EFV, Ecole Francaise de Voile),
