The house is on one level, very bright and has a very large sunny courtyard of approximately 140m².
It is composed of a large living room with a lounge and dining area, the well-equipped kitchen is semi-open.
A long corridor leads to a large modular bedroom (1) (dormitory or family) with 4 beds, a first bathroom, separate toilets (1) and a master bedroom (2) with a second bathroom.
Another master bedroom (4) in annex with a third bathroom and toilets is accessible via the courtyard and bedroom (3) equipped with 2 single beds and a water point.
The decoration is neat, the bedding is recent (=2020).

No WIFI box. Connection sharing works very well for working or watching your favorite series. No TV (but many board games, comics and novels…)

Access is very close from the house to the cycle paths towards Saint Martin or Loix/Ars.
