In a very quiet alley and very close to the center of the village of La Couarde, in the heart of the island, this family house (sleeps 10) of 101 m² was renovated in 2020.
The house is on one level and overlooks a very large courtyard of 140 m² very sunny and not overlooked.
It is composed of a large living room with lounge and dining area, the well-equipped kitchen is semi-open.
A large corridor leads to a large modular bedroom (1) (dormitory or family) with 4 beds, a first bathroom, separate toilets (1) and a master bedroom (2) with a second bathroom.
Another parental bedroom (4) in annex with a third bathroom and toilet is accessible via the courtyard and via bedroom (3) equipped with 2 single bunk beds and a water point.
The decoration is neat, the bedding is recent (2020).

No WIFI or television.

Very close access from the house to the cycle paths towards Saint Martin or Loix/Ars.
