The house is on one level and overlooks a very large courtyard of 140 m², very sunny and not overlooked.
It is composed of a large living room with lounge and dining room area, the well-equipped kitchen is semi-open.
A large corridor leads to a large modular bedroom (1) (dormitory or family) with 4 beds, a first bathroom, separate WC (1) and a master bedroom (2) with a second bathroom.
Another parental bedroom (4) in the annex with a third bathroom and WC is accessible via the courtyard and via bedroom (3) equipped with 2 single bunk beds and a water point.
The decoration is neat, the bedding is recent (2020).
