La Centrale de l'Ile de Ré offers this bright, recently built house with a garden, located in a quiet area close to shops and the beach. Close to cycle paths, the house is 600 meters from the beach. The house is comfortable and has a garage for bicycles and a car. Parking is available for two vehicles in front of the house. Direct access to a lane leading to the beach provides easy access by bicycle. GROUND FLOOR: Spacious, bright living room with a lounge area and semi-open kitchen. Bedroom 1 with a 160x200cm double bed. Bathroom. Separate WC. UPSTAIRS: Bedroom 2 with a 180x200cm double bed. Bedroom 3 with two single beds. 90x200.

ANNEX:

Bedroom 4 consists of two single beds (80x200) that can be joined to make a double bed (160x200).

A bathroom with shower, sink, and toilet.

The house is non-smoking.

Pets are not allowed.

The house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

INCLUDED SERVICES:

End-of-stay cleaning is included.

Linen rental and delivery for beds and bathrooms are included in July and August (and optional outside of July and August).
